Before finding this clinic, I was reaching a breaking point—struggling with depression and anxiety, feeling completely overwhelmed, and honestly not knowing what to do or where to turn. I'm so glad I found Tihana! She is deeply dedicated to individual growth and healing. What makes her approach a total game-changer is how she integrates different modalities in such a seamless way; it always kept me moving forward in every session. She doesn't just look at the mind; she also looks at emotional deficiencies through your diet, she helped to correct physical imbalances that were fueling my anxiety! I had no idea! She also helped me move through that overwhelm by teaching me so much and working with me. Through her expert focus on somatic therapy, EMDR and other trauma modalities, I finally learned how to process and regulate my nervous system instead of just bracing against my life. The level of customization and care here was amazing. She really does care. I feel really supported in her space! I’ve gone from feeling lost and depressed to having so much more resilience and capacity. Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend Tihana and Heartsbloom! You'll grow a lot.Posted on Google JoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been working with Tihana since October 2025 and recently we’ve started reaching a breakthrough for me. Therapy is definitely a long process and there have been many ups and downs along the way for me, but Tihana has helped me navigate each stage with patience and support. In the past, I tried CBT, but it often felt like I was just repeating or complaining about my problems without making meaningful progress. Because of that, I almost gave up on therapy altogether. Tihana’s approach is very different, and I believe that’s what has made such a difference for me. Her method feels deeper and more effective for the way I process things. If CBT hasn’t worked for you, I would definitely recommend trying Heartsbloom!Posted on Google ShrutiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It’s great to see others have had such positive experiences here and that speaks to the importance of a good fit, especially with matters so delicate as therapy. I was excited to work with Tihana based on her glowing reviews and modalities used. We mutually agreed to proceed with working together after what initially felt like a good fit during our first meeting in a virtual consultation. Prior to our first scheduled assessment appointment, I checked my email and Heartsbloom account for any forms that needed reviewing and completing beforehand. There were none. I got an email from Tihana almost an hour before our appointment letting me know she was running 10 minutes late. Appreciated the heads up at least. We began our session and she was half lying down on her couch eating popcorn. She emailed me consent forms to review and sign during the appointment after we had already begun. This didn’t work for me as it takes me time to read and process information and I felt pressured in the moment as well as caught off guard. When I communicated this, I was met with judgement and a smirk from her, saying “um ok, well we can work through this.” This felt condescending but I remained firm that I prefer to review consent forms outside of session time and she eventually agreed to reschedule. I emailed her afterward asking to pay for the time we did connect and also communicating a request that we agree to try not to eat during appointments. I understand people have busy schedules and need fuel; but it’s distracting, especially in the context of being post-concussive which was communicated previously. She emailed back rejecting working with me outright citing “not a good therapeutic fit” in response. A more casual, relaxed approach may work well for some, but for many seeking therapy, a steady, grounded, professional approach allows for a non-negotiable sense of trust and safety. I regrettably did not find that here, and her condescending attitude instead of accountability was concerning. Personally for me therapy sessions are not casual social hangouts. I’m showing up to do the work and want to be met with respect and consideration. In hindsight I’m glad she called off working together. For anyone that’s looking for a therapist and has read this far, Tihana may or may not be able to help you, I don’t know. What’s important to remember: when a therapist shows up in a way that doesn’t meet your needs, don’t settle and speak up. People approaching therapy are often in vulnerable periods of life, so remember to be discerning, and don’t internalize anyone’s nonsense as your problem.Posted on Google Alexis Andrea Tolibas (Sixelaaaa)Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am incredibly grateful that I found Tihana during one of the most heartbreaking periods of my life. I truly don’t think I could have made it through that experience without her support. She helped me get out of an emotional hurdle when I felt completely stuck and overwhelmed. Tihana is an exceptional listener, and her holistic, spiritual approach works beautifully for me. She creates a safe, grounding space where I feel seen, understood, and gently guided rather than rushed or judged. Her work helped me reconnect with myself and find clarity and strength during a very painful time. I also absolutely love her studio. It is warm, calming, and inviting, and it genuinely motivates me to show up and do the work. Seeing her has been an important part of my healing journey, and I will definitely continue my sessions with her. She is a great support for anyone going through a hard time.Posted on Google Kristi DerrTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing and very giving energy. I very much enjoyed my interaction at HeartsBloom!Posted on Google Vern PuchoonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can't put into words how much Tihana has helped me over the past two years. When I walked into her office for the first time, I was at rock bottom, disconnected from myself, and unaware of what was happening to my mind and body. She helped me navigate through the chaos and darkness, and together we worked to put the pieces back together (and we're still working!). Her skill with various programs and techniques is remarkable, but it's her genuine kindness and unwavering support that made all the difference. While I've still got some healing to do, I'm forever indebted to Tihana for giving me hope and helping me recover when I didn't think that was possible. She's so easy to talk to and makes the entire process joyful. I look forward to our sessions and when I leave, it's the most amazing feeling. Thank you so so so much.Posted on Google Dayane SilvaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
