Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
Below are a few insurance companies that we have seen accept psychotherapy and hypnotherapy services coverage.
We would recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits, under psychotherapy?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Cancellation Policy
24-hour Cancellation Notice
Kindly note, your appointment has been reserved especially for you and we ask that you provide the clinic with at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We do this so that we can best accommodate all of clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hour’s notice, missed or no-show appointments the client is responsible for the full fee due for the allotted time. To avoid any doubt 24hrs is exactly 24hrs so in this example if a session is booked for Wednesday at 5pm the 24hrs prior to this session would be 5pm on the preceding Tuesday. Exceptions can be made for illness and emergency situations which can be transferred to a re-scheduled time or to another person if you’d wish.
