A little bit about chakras, chakras are energy points or nodes in our energy body through which a life force called prana moves. There are seven primary chakra centers that run from the base of the spine to the crown at the top of the head and are called; Root Chakra, Sacral Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Heart Chakra, Throat Chakra, Third Eye Chakra, and Crown Chakra are the main 7. Their name derives from Ancient Sanskrit translates to wheel or turning and is part of the Hindu and Buddhist traditions.
Our healing candles will help you to find harmony and balance in your daily life. By enhancing while gently balancing the chakras we can start to clear any blockages in your chakras, and as
a result the energy within your body can start to flow more easily to its optimal level of balance creating calm and clarity in your mind and body.
A long-lasting candle that burns for approx. 60 hours of non-continuous time.

HOW TO USE
Light and burn a maximum of 4 hours each time. When the candle is finished, let the glass vessel cool before discarding it.
Self-Care Practice Options:
1. Pick an affirmation you would like to focus on in your meditations, close your eyes, and begin reciting it until you reach the end, 10 – 20 minutes approx.
2. Depending on which color chakra you are lighting you can also focus on the color the candle is burning as a form of color therapy healing and mindfulness.
3. Have fun with your practice and follow your guts!
